Please Note: Venue hire includes standard décor. Any décor outside of our regular décor will be for the clients own account. Our standard set-up includes table cloths (white or black), placemats & small centre pieces.

Pre-order Group Menu
Booking to be made the day or morning before. Menu must be submitted at least 2 ½ hours before arrival.
Buffet Menu
Any Buffet menu must be communicated 48 hours before guest arrive.
Changes to the Menu
Changes are permitted and will be re-quoted on request. This can only be done 1 week before the function date for ordering purposes.
Menu Themes
We can offer bespoke menus for all groups. Special event menus will carry additional charges due to the elaborate nature of what will be on offer. Special and specific menus will be created for days like: Christmas, Fathers Day, Mothers Day. etc.

Terms & Conditions
- 10% gratuity added to final food bill and paid in advance.
- 10% gratuity will be added to final Beverages, extras and settled before departure.
- Excludes beverages – cash bar available unless the organiser agrees on 1 account to be settled before departure.
- 50% deposit to secure the booking – full nonrefundable for cancellations 3 days before arrival
- NO CHANGES to the venue will be permitted.
- Heritage pieces will remain untouched.
