– Warrior dancers from Nzalama orphanage (who we continue to support through our CSI projects)
– Marimba Band: The uplifting sounds of marimba music will fill the air. You’ll find it hard to not join in and dance along!

– SANParks Choir: The SANParks Choir will add their unique vocal talents to the day’s festivities.
Heritage Day Small Plates
Food plays a central role in any cultural celebration, and this Heritage Day, we’re offering a delightful selection of “Small Plates” that reflect the diverse culinary traditions of our community. Each dish is priced at R65 and promises a taste of South African heritage:
– Inyama Nama Dombolo: Enjoy slow-braised venison potjie paired with delicate fennel dumplings.
– Amagwinya: A delicious trio of vetkoek served with a flavourful lentil curry.
– Mogodo le Sempe: Hearty tripe in a rich tomato sauce, served with samp and a refreshing raita.
– Gourmet Boerewors: Indulge in our signature gourmet boeries – braai-ed on an open fire, accompanied by braai broodjies, chakalaka, and caramelized onions.
– Mini Peppermint Crisp Malva Pudding & Crème Anglaise: Finish your meal with a sweet touch—our twist on the classic malva pudding, served with crème anglaise.
These dishes, prepared by the talented and award-winning chefs of Kruger Station offer a perfect way to experience the flavours of our shared heritage.
Culinary Delights
In addition to our Small Plates, we’ll also have live cooking demonstrations and traditional food displays that engage all the senses:

– Live Cooking: See and smell the Lowveld, with a showcase by local villagers on the art of traditional cooking right before your eyes.
