Duties and responsibilities
- Assist with the compiling of the Risk assessment reports
- Compile and communicate statistics
- Calling of meetings and handling administrative duties
- Obtain, distribute and keep a record of all certificates received and attendance registers from Training conducted
- Filing of all documentation pertaining to Health and Safety, including updating of Health and Safety File
- Record Assets and stock control and update regularly
- Writing minutes of meetings
- Coordinate training
- Coordinate response to medical emergencies
- Initiate and manage team meetings
- Obtain various quotations from suppliers as per Health and Safety Requirements
- Coordinate Injury On Duty processes, including “near miss” incidents, from initial investigation report, medical reports and submission to Workmans-Compensation Fund.

Requirements
- Certificate/Diploma in Health & Safety Management (knowledge of First Level 1 & 2 an added advantage.)
- Letter from university/college stating that you require practical experience in order to obtain a diploma full diploma qualification
- Experience in a position of Health and Safety would be advantageous (Health and Safety Representative)
- Computer literate (Microsoft office)
- Language skills
