Heritage Day, Braai Day and the school holidays? We’re making the most of all three at Kruger Station.
If you’re spending the holidays in the Kruger, make the Station your favourite pit stop. It’s the perfect place to put your feet up between game drives, grab a bite, cool down and let the kids burn off a little energy.
Heritage Day at the Station
On 24 September, we’re celebrating South African heritage with music, movement and plenty of local spirit.
From 12:00, the Mchongolo dancers bring traditional dance, rhythm and energy to the Station for a special 45-minute performance.
Then, as the day cools and the evening begins, the music changes tempo. From 18:00, enjoy the sounds of our live Marimba band for around 45 minutes.
Come Hungry This Weekend
It is Braai Day, after all.
Over the weekend, tuck into our Gourmet Boerie Roll, a proper South African favourite made for hungry safari-goers.
And when the game-drive dust has settled, grab a friend and enjoy 2 x 500ml Stella Artois draughts for just R100.
Our kids’ play area gives little explorers somewhere to have fun while the grown-ups take a well-earned break. There’s also a special kiddies menu for smaller appetites and takeaway soft-serve ice creams for a cool treat before heading back into the Park.
